Aluminium Anniversary

Posted by siteadmin on Wednesday 4th November 2020.

In my first article of the 2020, I talked about the year marking the tenth anniversary of Essentially Financial.

Back in the early part of 2010, I made the decision to go it alone. The brief being to do things differently and focus on helping to guide people on their lifetime journey through the ever-changing cycles of life.

More so for me though, it was a personal lifestyle change where the time became right to do the same for me also.

With that anniversary now upon us and with the original plan to mark that journey more spectacularly than just within this article, who would have foreseen the year we’ve had. And we’re far from done yet.

The key point is that there are numerous things that we cannot control in life. But equally, there are many that we can. Sometimes though, we need help and support.

My personal trainer does just that where at the time of writing, I’m reeling from what he’s put me through not that long before.

Simply put, I know that I’m not disciplined enough (or maybe I’m just too lazy) to train myself. Many people can. But I find that I need to be guided, directed, motivated and coached to get the best for my health.

Likewise, proper lifestyle financial planning gives exactly that same guidance, direction, motivation and coaching to assist in being able to do the things in life that really matter to us.

What I’ve tried to do within these articles is demonstrate that if I’ve been able to make a difference and impact in my life and with ten years of proof now, there’s a probable chance wherever you are in the life cycle, that I can help you too.

This is the first of two big imminent anniversaries for me. I’ll talk about the second in next month’s article.
